- A low humidity, long walk with my dog through the park.
- Grocery pick up! Instacart is the best!
- Exercised at home- first time in forever. (Probably because I finally finished setting up the room yesterday).
- 2 mile walk
- 30 minutes of Pilates
- 15 minutes of yoga set to Billie Eilish.
- My internet kept freezing and I wasn’t really paying attention- so that last downward facing dog sucked.
- Freshly laundered sheets on a Sunday night.
- Back to planning my week
- Using some of my Agile, SCRUM and other project management skills I’ve scheduled my week and set my goals. I’m going to share details soon! It’s so easy and cool!
- Made Dr. Drew Ramsey’s Mushroom and Kale Risotto from his cookbook ‘Fifty Shades of Kale.’ The recipe forgot the kale (it’s listed in the ingredients but never in the directions.)
- Caught up with a friend.
- Chill night.
- Reviewing my intention to nourish my creativity this week and I feel blessed. My brain is clicking again.
- My message of the week-
- Clear thinking, intelligent decisions- check! Got a plan for a PT job search!
- Self realization- check! Thought a lot about what I want/need in life.
- Strength- check! My decisions this week!
- Day 159 of Brianna Wiest’s The Pivot Year:
- ‘The growth is in the response. The healing is in who you choose to become, regardless of what you’ve done or what’s happened in the past.’
- ‘ You begin to understand that life is not about what you accumulate or accomplish, but who you become in the process…’
